Hello, I'm Jay.

At the core of my practice is the recognition that psychedelic practice is rooted in indigenous culture and inextricably linked to systems like colonialism. I am not a therapist by training, nor am I a shaman. I have a great deal of personal and professional experience with mental health, psychedelics, and altered states of consciousness. I am formally trained in both integration and mental health and look forward to holding this sacred space for you.
